“Thank you for your gentle guidance, enabling me to take the first steps in order to find those precious moments of peace and calm in my life”
– Stephanie
“After a brief encounter with meditation two years ago, I needed more. A friend introduced me to Nicci, who was running ‘Mindfulness Meditation’ classes. At that time I was under immense stress caring for my elderly mother. Nicci enlightened me to a place of peace and calm, purely by showing me how to focus on the breath.
Magically this enabled me to deal with my situation in a much calmer way. An essential tool I now own to use in everyday life. Highly recommended. Thank You Nicci.”

“Nicci has offered Mindfulness for the past four years at the Primrose Centre, a charity supporting those recovering from breast cancer. Our visitors are rightly anxious, find sleeping difficult, and are tense together with a host of other problems that such a diagnosis throws at them.
All our visitors have found it truly helpful to join in the Mindfulness Meditation sessions Nicci offers at the Centre, a course of sessions is ideal.
– Mary Spinks, Director, Primrose Centre
“Nicci has undertaken work as a paid external facilitator of meditation for people with mental health issues for Bromley Mind since late 2006. The feedback I have had about Nicci from staff and service users who have been involved in these sessions has been consistently very positive, with people finding her approach very responsive to the needs of the group. In particular her ability to gain the interest and involvement of people who may be hard to engage in activities and to address the needs of individuals whilst maintaining the group as a whole has been remarked upon. Nicci is well liked and much appreciated by the groups she works with.”
– Ben Taylor, Head of Mental Health Services, Bromley Mind
“Nicci lead service users and myself in meditation. For several of the group and myself it was the first time that we had tried any form of meditation. Nicci lead us in a very professional manner to achieve and master skills as best we could.Nicci’s calm nature and individual encouragement was a strong factor in this group being successful. We are finding great benefit. One person, who suffers from panic attacks, now feels more confident that he is able to control them. Others report feeling relaxed and refreshed.”
– Diane, Senior Support Worker, Bromley Mind, Beckenham Centre
“Having tried various 1-2-1 counseling and other self-help methods, Nicci has succeeded where these have not. She gets to the root of issues and provides the tools to dramatically improve areas of need. I simply can not be more praiseful of Nicci’s informative, friendly, effective methods. She has helped me tremendously. Thank you so much!”

“I first started attending Nicci’s weekly meditation group because I wanted something to help me deal with the stress I encounter on a daily basis from my place of work and had heard that mindful meditation may be useful. Initially I was hesitant as my only prior knowledge of meditation was that it was something hippy’s did! I needn’t have worried as Nicci was great and far from the unjustified prejudiced view that I had. I won’t lie that meditation is easy to master, on paper it seems like the easiest thing in the world but in reality it is very hard, even so some 2 years later I am still going, and I look forward to my Tuesday evenings very much and am most upset if I have to miss a session.Has it helped me? Yes it has, enormously, and not just within my working life. I would recommend mindful meditation to anyone and as someone who is very picky as to who I join up with to do things, I couldn’t recommend Nicci enough. She is kind, supportive, encouraging and very real and down to earth.
My final word is to advise that meditation is a journey, not a destination, and that even after 2 years I still struggle with implementing the things that I have learnt on some days, even so I could not now live my life without it.”
